Restroom policy

It has come to the managements attention that there may be some confusion to policies concerning the use of the restroom...
Potty training is not going as smoothly as I would like.  My almost four year old seems to not be at all concerned that the bathroom exists for any reason other that the spread of water through out the house.  She has recently taken to pulling the hand towels off the rack beside the sink and soaking them for no reason at all.  we are battling wet pull ups at night and nap time as well as the occasional dropping of a load when ever she is having so much fun that it isn't convenient for her to take a moment to use the facilities and would rather infuriate her care providers and parents.  At some times it is so bad that she will refuse to sit on the potty until placed upon it. One of the last times this happened she crossed her arms and I settled in on the side of the tub to make sure she spent the required amount of time on the throne.  Over the next two minutes arms still crossed she slowly turned counter clockwise until she was facing the tank.  I call down the hall to Nikki (in the kitchen) who sticks her head around the corner and falls to the ground laughing. (I wish we had snapped a photo) A few days later I over heard Nikki talking to Morley on their way into the bathroom.

Nikki: Morley, it's time to go to the potty before we leave for home.
Morley: (being placed on the toilet) I don't have to go potty!
Nikki: Sweetheart you are peeing.
Morley: But I don't want to!

What can you possibly do?  you have to laugh, cry, change the sheets and come to the realization that some day, some day she will figure it out.
